Halloween!

Halloween was pretty chill this year, I just hunkered down, ate some of my Mom's yummy homemade chicken noodle soup and answered the door a few times to see all of those cute little trick- or- treater's! The weekend before however, My Bro, Jason and Sis-in-law Heath threw a great Halloween Party.  It was a lot of fun, they went all out.  There was strobe lights, fog, black lights, etc. made it real fun for dancing, especially if you had white in your costume, the black lights made you look crazy, Anyways, thanks J and Heath, we had lots of fun!

The girls, plus creepy Davis lurking in the back!

Heath and I.

Jess and I.

Big Heath and the two Waldos. Neil and Ryan seriously picked out the same costume and didn't even know it. I swear they are one in the same. It was a good laugh for all of us!

And here's my Cole Davey Halloween night, he stopped over to my Mom's for some soup before he took off for the the night with  his friends to go Trick-or-Treating. This is the only one of my nieces and nephews that I was able to see all dressed up.  Loved it, made my day!

This past weekend was a great one. Pretty simple statement, but it was. Friday night I spent the evening eating pizza, Sweet Tooth Fairy cupcakes and watching movies with my niece (Skyler) nephews (Joe and Cole) and my greatest  little supporter and friend Lil Heath. We had fun. We didn't take any pictures though:(  Saturday was a day filled with old friends and reminiscing about the good ole' days.  Thanks Rach for putting this whole thing together, it was a lot of fun and I know that you must have worked on it for days, you are so detailed and make everything so special! Sunday, I had yummy wings at Wing Nutz with Ryan, it was fun.  It was nice to just sit and talk and watch Green Bay kick the Texans butts!

Here's a pic of us a Rach's house. From left to right: Teri, Me, Heath, Rach and Christy. Fun times, we need to do it more often!

If this doesn't make you laugh out loud, then I'm not really sure what will.  All I can say is that I'm so mad I didn't think to do this at my own wedding. Brilliant!

Gotta Love It!

Just In Time

So it has been a tradition for Little Heath and I to take the kids to the drive-in every summer, it is a tradition that we absolutely love! We planned on going a few weeks ago and Joe ended up getting very sick----We were getting worried that we were not going to pull it off this year.  Well this past Saturday we decided to go, sick, raining or whatever the condition may be, we were going! We loaded up the truck with the air mattress, goodies, sodas and "Little Caesar's Pizza" We saw "The Strange Life of Timothy Green" and "Brave" (I really didn't care for either of the movies, but the experience was fun.) We had a super nice couple in the truck next to us that kept helping us out all night: They took pictures, picked up spilled drinks, and even pumped up our air mattress at intermission, (it went totally flat.) I love nice people, I think that is what I left there thinking about the most.  I'm going to try to be more like those kind and selfless people :)

Here's a pic of the kids, I didn't like any of myself, so I'm not going to post them!

Love this Picture

It's amazing how adults are so immature.  Putting their feelings and selfish attitudes above their children's.  I'm going to get on a little soap box and say: start putting your kids first! I ran across this picture of little Livie and it just  made me sad :( Just because you have a falling out with certain adults in your life doesn't mean you should punish the kids! Shame on you, and you know who you are! The kids are the only ones who suffer.  I miss you Livie, Gracee, Brenton and Bradyn!

Love this picture of Livie and I.

Wait for it.......

A HOUSE DIVIDED
And that house would be me!  Oh what a blissful time of year it is, Are you ready for some football! Last night was an amazing time to be a BYU/Utah fan, both teams played awesome and I just love the fact that it's football season again!  Being so addicted to this sport is the only thing that gets me through these beautiful Utah winters we endure each year.....Not!!! So lets all get ready to hunker down with a comfy blanky and some chicken wings and enjoy us some football!
